All trees will begin bidding at $100.00. Bid sheets will be provided by CHERUBS. Winning bidder will make payment by check or cash to your charity. Your charity is responsible for packing up and delivering tree to winning bidder. Bidding ends at 4:30. Tree must be removed from show by 6:00 pm.
Electrical outlets provided on a first come, first serve basis. A 25 foot extension cord is recommend.
All lights, decorations, etc must be provided by the charity and on the tree by 1:30 pm.
All decorations should not infringe upon other charities or vendors.
No raffles, contests or other promotions will be allowed without prior permission.
Christmas with Kasey reserves the right to refuse vendors or charities upon our discretion.
